Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items cannot be returned due to their sacred nature, including:

  • Consecrated or energized Rudraksha beads
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at prudraksh108@gmail.com or call 7377371008 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:

  • Contact our customer service for approval
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Once received, we will ship the replacement item

For size exchanges or different product requests, you will need to place a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company as processing times vary
  • Contact your bank as processing times vary
