Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are permitted solely under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged during transit

• Customer raises a concern regarding quality or authenticity

To be eligible:

• The concern must be reported within 72 hours of receipt

• Customer must submit clear photographs via the official WhatsApp number provided on the website

• A detailed reason for return or exchange must be provided

• Product must remain unused, untampered, and in original packaging, including certificates (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 72 hours shall be automatically rejected.

Inspection & Processing

All approved requests are subject to internal inspection and verification.
Refunds or exchanges, if approved, may take up to 90 days (3 months) to process.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or alternative mode as deemed appropriate by the company.

Lifetime Buyback Guarantee

A Lifetime Buyback Guarantee is applicable only if the Rudraksha is declared unauthentic by a government-recognized or certified laboratory.
All testing and verification costs shall be borne by the customer.
